Electrical customers arrive with different problems. Someone with a dead circuit wants fast clarity. Someone planning a DB upgrade or new install wants scope, process, and trust signals. Your website should help both without mixing the stories into one vague block of "we do electrical work."

This note is written for electrical businesses. It is not a renamed solar or plumbing article. Elevate's public electrician page uses a labelled concept study for structure. It is not a completed client case study.

Split the work types on the page

Fault finding and repairs

Say what kinds of call-outs you take (or do not take). If after-hours work is limited, say that. Ask WhatsApp enquiries to include suburb, what stopped working, and a photo of the board or breaker if safe to take.

Planned installations

Lights, geysers, gate motors, new circuits, and similar jobs need different prep. Give each major install type a short plain description so the customer knows you handle that work.

Maintenance

Retests, scheduled checks, and upkeep for businesses or complexes deserve their own line if you offer them. Do not hide them under "repairs."

Compliance and certificates

Only list compliance or COC-related work if you provide it and can substantiate the credentials you publish. Do not imply certifications you do not hold.

What to show (and what not to invent)

Use approved photos of jobs your team completed. Describe the work accurately. Do not publish fake job counts, star ratings, or ranking claims. If you are still collecting photos, accurate service text and clear areas are enough to start.

Contact path that matches electrical jobs

Every Elevate plan includes a WhatsApp contact path. A useful default prompt asks for:

  • Location / suburb
  • Whether it is a repair, install, maintenance, or compliance request
  • Urgency (and whether anyone is without power)
  • Photos that help, when safe

Test the link on a phone before launch. Opening WhatsApp is not the same as a received message.

Packages and honesty

  • Spark (1 page, R2,500 + R750/month): clear one-page presence, hosting, WhatsApp. Ongoing SEO not included.
  • Rise (3 pages, R5,500 + R1,500/month): more room for services and about/contact structure; GBP assistance where eligible; basic SEO foundations and ongoing basic SEO / local visibility care. No ranking or enquiry guarantees.
  • Elevate (5 pages, R9,500 + R2,500/month): fuller structure; GBP assistance; SEO foundations and ongoing SEO / growth support; priority support. Still no guarantees.
