What this site does
This website does not include advertising scripts, analytics scripts, an account system, or a website enquiry form. Fonts and decorative assets are served with the site. The hosting provider may process technical request information such as an IP address to deliver and protect the website.

Website hosting is included while the monthly plan is active and paid. Elevate takes reasonable steps to restore site issues within its control.
Limits
Elevate cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of external networks, registrars, Google, WhatsApp, Cal.com, or other third-party services.
Business email and domains
Business email is not included. Domains are registered and renewed separately by the business.
OWNERSHIP
Website vs domain.
Two different things.
Website ownership
The business keeps ownership of material it supplied. After the full setup price and any approved additional charges are paid, the business owns the completed website design and project code created specifically for it. Elevate retains pre-existing tools and reusable methods. Third-party licences still apply.
Domain ownership
A domain is not included in the package price. The business pays for registration and renewal, and typically keeps the domain with its own registrar. Elevate does not claim ownership of your domain name.
If you leave
When the account is fully paid, Elevate provides one standard export of the completed website files so you can arrange hosting elsewhere. Migration work for another platform may need a separate quote. See Terms.
PAYMENT
50% deposit before
work starts.
Setup
A 50% setup deposit is required before work begins. The remaining 50% of the setup price is due before the website is launched.
Monthly
Monthly hosting and maintenance charges begin when the website goes live. The monthly plan can be cancelled with a clear written message.
Published prices
Spark R2,500 + R750/mo. Rise R5,500 + R1,500/mo. Elevate R9,500 + R2,500/mo. Exact scope is confirmed in writing before work starts.

Spark up to 30 minutes, Rise up to 60 minutes, Elevate up to 120 minutes of small content updates each month. Unused time does not roll over. Elevate plan includes priority support.
What support covers
Reasonable changes to existing text, supplied images, and contact details. It does not include redesigns, new pages, new sections, or new functionality unless quoted separately.

No. Elevate does not guarantee rankings, leads, sales, or revenue. The service delivers website structure, design, hosting, and maintenance within the chosen package.
Who owns the website, and who owns the domain?
After the full setup price and any approved additional charges are paid, the business owns the completed website design and project code created for it (subject to third-party licences). Domains are not included. The business pays separately for domain registration and renewal, and typically keeps domain ownership with its registrar.
