Elevate confirms fit, recommends Spark, Rise, or Elevate (or a custom quote), and clarifies goals: clarity, contact path, and the job the website must do on day one.

Sitemap
Page count and structure are agreed. Spark is one page, Rise three, Elevate five. Sections, contact routes, and supplied content requirements are written down before design.

Design
Mobile-first layout, typography, and visual direction are set from approved brand material and imagery. Clarity comes before decoration.

Development
The agreed pages are built, WhatsApp paths are wired, and the site is prepared for review on desktop and mobile.

SEO setup
On Rise and Elevate, SEO foundations and Google Business Profile assistance (where eligible) are set up as listed for the package. Spark has no ongoing SEO retainer. No ranking promises.

QA
Elevate checks pages and contact routes. You review on desktop and mobile and send one clear feedback list for the included revision round.

Launch
After approval and final setup payment, Elevate prepares the site for launch. Hosting is included. Domains remain your separate responsibility.

Support
Monthly hosting continues with limited maintenance minutes for your plan. Rise and Elevate include ongoing SEO/local visibility care as listed. Cancel anytime with written notice.

How long will my website take?
Planned build time is 2 business days for Spark, 4 for Rise, and 7 for Elevate. Timing starts after the 50% setup deposit and all required business content and assets have been received.
How many revisions are included?
Every tier includes 1 revision round. Collect your feedback in one clear list so Elevate can make the agreed changes efficiently.
How do packages and deposits work?
A 50% setup deposit is required before work begins. The remaining 50% of the setup price is due before launch. Monthly hosting begins when the website goes live.
Does Elevate provide SEO?
Yes on Rise and Elevate. Rise includes basic SEO foundations plus ongoing basic SEO/local visibility care. Elevate includes SEO foundations plus ongoing SEO/growth support. Spark focuses on a one-page presence, hosting, and WhatsApp capture. Ongoing SEO is not included on Spark. Elevate does not guarantee search positions, enquiry volume, or revenue.
