Spark is a 1-page plan (R2,500 setup + R750/month). Rise is a 3-page plan (R5,500 + R1,500/month). Elevate is a 5-page plan (R9,500 + R2,500/month). Scope is confirmed before work starts. See Packages.

Spark is a one-page website. Rise gives you three pages and includes Google Business Profile assistance where eligible, plus basic SEO. Elevate gives you five pages, Google Business Profile assistance, priority support, and fuller SEO/growth support. Message Elevate if you want help choosing.

Hosting and limited small content maintenance. Spark includes up to 30 minutes, Rise up to 60 minutes, and Elevate up to 120 minutes each month. Unused time does not roll over. New pages, redesigns, and new functionality are quoted separately.

Planned build time is 2 business days for Spark, 4 for Rise, and 7 for Elevate. Timing starts after the 50% setup deposit and all required business content and assets have been received.

Yes on Rise and Elevate. Rise includes basic SEO foundations plus ongoing basic SEO/local visibility care. Elevate includes SEO foundations plus ongoing SEO/growth support. Spark focuses on a one-page presence, hosting, and WhatsApp capture. Ongoing SEO is not included on Spark. Elevate does not guarantee search positions, enquiry volume, or revenue.

No. Elevate does not guarantee rankings, leads, sales, or revenue. The service delivers website structure, design, hosting, and maintenance within the chosen package.

Yes. Elevate is based in Polokwane, Limpopo, and builds websites for trades and service businesses across South Africa.

A 50% setup deposit is required before work begins. The remaining 50% of the setup price is due before launch. Monthly hosting begins when the website goes live.

After the full setup price and any approved additional charges are paid, the business owns the completed website design and project code created for it (subject to third-party licences). Domains are not included. The business pays separately for domain registration and renewal, and typically keeps domain ownership with its registrar.

Hosting is included while the monthly plan is active and paid. Business email is not included. Domains are paid separately.

Yes. Send Elevate a clear written message. Hosting continues until the end of the paid billing period, then ends. If the account is fully paid, Elevate provides one standard export of the completed website files so you can host elsewhere.
